Dynamics CRM/365 Systems Manager – London – to £60,000 + Benefits
About the Role
We are looking for a Dynamics CRM/365 Systems Manager to join an end user Charity in Central London. My client are looking for individuals with hands on technical experience to help deliver a strategic programme of continuous improvement to the CRM system. You will need to be able to effectively analyse, customise and configure the CRM system. An ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels is essential, including presenting cost/benefit analysis of different development options to the Senior Management Team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Analysing and documenting business processes, particularly processes relating to membership subscriptions and event bookings
- Coordinate delivery of CRM systems Development using issue tracking platform JIRA
- Configure business solutions in the CRM System.
- Identify need for additional technical support and developer resources where necessary
- Identify training requirements and coordinate the delivery of CRM training for staff
- Monitor system logs for errors and degradation in service quality

- Membership and Subscriptions, Event Bookings, Online Member Services, Systems Governance, Training and Support, Information Governance, General Society Duties
Key Experience
- 5 years’ CRM experience with at least 2+ years experience with Dynamics CRM/365
- Microsoft Office 365
- Systems and requirements analysis/Systems documentation
- Managing issues and maintaining issue management systems
Desirable
- Microsoft Office 365 automation, including Microsoft Flow
- Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
- SagePay
- Power BI
- JIRA
