Responsibilities

  • Periodic visits and communication with customers ensuring customer satisfaction across day to day business activities
  • Build and promote a partnership relationships with the Clients
  • Understanding business requirements and practices to give best service to Customers
  • Identify and manage queries, improvements, value add activities and solutions accordingly
  • Creation and management of Service Requests
  • Preparation of proposals for additional work or product requirements liaising with relevant personnel
  • Day to day overseeing of work requests delivered to the customer
  • Ensure the business is aware of high profile issues and sensitive customers
  • Carry out service reviews periodically to ensure highest possible service level delivery
  • Prioritisation of issues and customer queries, meeting service level agreements
  • Obtain and analyse feedback from customers and drive process development based on the outcome
  • Manage consultancy to customers to ensure best use of customer solutions
  • Organisation of ordering software and hardware
  • Assisting in customer events
  • Ensure departmental SLA’s are being achieved
  • Ensure business processes are being adhered to

 

 

Skills and Experience

  • Working within a customer service environment
  • Retail and wider business process understanding
  • ERP consultancy experience in Microsoft Dynamics
  • IT skills including Microsoft Office stack
  • An understanding of project methodologies
  • Good administration skills
