We have a great new Dynamics NAV Support role that will enable the successful individual to gain more development skills, if thats the way you want to go.

Purpose of role:

The purpose of this role is to provide a rapid escalation point for the support team in investigating and resolving technical support issues.

Key responsibilities are;

·Work in close collaboration with the support team to identify incoming support requests that require technical escalation or classification as change requests.

·Where possible provide technical solutions to support incidents where a solution is not possible to take ownership of issues escalation.

·When escalating technical support issues to ensure relevant information is compiled appropriately so that effective actions can be taken by the people responsible.

·Work closely with the Development team so that knowledge on escalated technical solutions is appropriately documented and subsequently available to primary support responders.

·To identify recurring incidents at individual clients and across the client base and escalate these appropriately so they might be managed within a structured problem management programme.

·Attend weekly Support meetings and stand-ups when required
